1. Eligibility & Accounts

You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of forming a binding contract and meet the age requirements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity under your account. You must keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not (i) copy, modify, or create derivative works; (ii) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (iii) access the Services to build or market a competitive product; (iv) scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect data (including for AI model training) except as expressly permitted; (v) violate any law or harm others; or (vi) bypass security controls or technical limitations.

3. User Content & Data Rights

You retain ownership of content or data you upload (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, process, display, and use it to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

4. Subscription, Billing & Cancellation

Some features require payment of fees. You authorize recurring billing until you cancel through your account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing and plan features with notice before your next billing cycle. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5. No Financial, Investment, or Earnings Guarantees

The Services may include analytics, valuations, and forward-looking projections based on available data and assumptions. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed results. Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes. You should consult independent advisors before relying on such outputs.

6. Intellectual Property

Creator Compass owns all right, title, and interest in the Services, including software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks. Except for the limited license granted above, you obtain no rights in or to the Services or related intellectual property.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATOR COMPASS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.

9. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration (except for small claims and injunctive relief). YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if your use poses risk to us or others. Upon termination, your license ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution) will continue.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
